How to Claim Your Lottery Prize

Congratulations on your win! To claim your lottery prize, please follow the guidelines below:

For Prizes Up To ₹10,000:

Prizes up to ₹10,000 can usually be claimed from any authorized lottery retailer in Nagaland. Present your winning ticket and valid identification.

For Prizes Above ₹10,000:

For larger prize amounts, you will need to submit a claim form along with your winning ticket and identification documents to the Directorate of Nagaland State Lotteries.

Required Documents:

• Original winning ticket (ensure it is intact and not damaged).
• Two passport-sized photographs.
• A copy of your PAN Card (Permanent Account Number).
• A copy of your Aadhaar Card or any other valid government-issued ID proof.
• A bank account passbook copy or a cancelled cheque for direct bank transfer of the prize money.
• A duly filled and signed claim form.
